The composite front doors are manufactured according to certain standard specifications. Door Leafs

The door leaf would generally be about 44 mm with a 4 mm through colored fiberglass skin on both sides. The core would be foam that is free of CFC. The door styles and colors would vary from one manufacturer to another. The units would be double glazed of 26 mm size. The standard widths of such external doors would be 762 mm, 838 mm, and 914 mm, though they could be designed to any specification.

Hardware

The hardware would contain about 4 cranked hinges, appropriate and decorative lever handles and lever pad handles, knockers, door chains, spy holes, optional 180^o letter plates that are fully sleeved, multipoint locking systems, anti-pick, anti-drill door cylinders, and preferred lock sets. The lock sets would comprise of a lock set of 2 hooks, face plate of 16 mm width, bracket of 45 mm size, lever or lever pad, nickel or brass finish cylinder, and seal compressed adjustable keep systems.

Core Insulation

The core insulation of standard composite doors would be of about 42 kg/m³ of foamed density, usage of rigid polyurethane core that would be injection filled, Ozone Depletion Potential rating of zero, with the insulation completely free of CFC and HCFC.
